These Terms govern use of ChannelPulse AI, a private YouTube channel analytics and monetization readiness dashboard operated by LaunchForge Technologies LLC.
Use of Service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for channels or accounts you are authorized to connect and monitor.
Private Dashboard
Channel data connected by a user is intended to be visible only to that authenticated user or authorized team members within the same workspace.
Third-Party APIs
The service may rely on Google and YouTube APIs. Your use of connected features may also be governed by Google and YouTube terms and policies.
No Guarantee of Monetization
The dashboard may estimate or report readiness indicators, but YouTube makes final decisions about YouTube Partner Program eligibility, policy compliance, and monetization approval.
