1. Trial offer
Basic, Premium, and VIP plans may begin with a 3-day trial for $1. The $1 trial gives customers temporary access to evaluate the service before a regular subscription begins.
2. Subscription billing after trial
After the trial period, the selected plan may renew at its monthly price unless the customer cancels before renewal. Current public plan pricing is Basic $19/month, Premium $49/month, and VIP $99/month.
3. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation through the account area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless eligible under this policy.
4. Refund request window
Refund requests for a first monthly subscription charge may be reviewed when submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge. Approval depends on account status, usage, duplicate billing, technical issues, suspected abuse, and payment processor requirements.
5. Non-refundable items
The $1 trial fee, custom Enterprise onboarding, completed custom work, domain purchases, third-party provider fees, and charges connected to abuse, fraud, policy violations, or chargeback misuse may be non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Duplicate or accidental charges
If a customer believes they were charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged in error, support will review the payment records and account activity. Valid duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded when verified.
7. Enterprise plans
Enterprise pricing is handled by support consultation. Enterprise refund terms may depend on the agreed scope, onboarding, support, custom setup, and any written agreement provided to the customer.
8. Chargebacks
Customers should contact LaunchForge support before filing a chargeback so we can review and resolve billing concerns. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be restricted or suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
9. How to request a refund
Send a message to [email protected] with the account email, plan name, transaction date, billing issue, and a short explanation. Support may request additional verification before processing a refund.
10. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through the payment processor. Bank or card processing times vary and are controlled by the payment provider and issuing bank.
